June Meeting Notes

If you ever wanted to know where the fish were hiding then the June meeting was the place to be. Guide David Perry did an excellent presentation on "reading" tailwaters. Runs, shoals, ledges and pools, oh my - David explained using a great slideshow where the trout hide in these and other places on our Tailwaters. He also was kind enough to help us learn a few tactics on fishing these waters accurately rather than just drowning a fly. Great night -now, if we can just get the Caney to cooperate.
